2015 Los Angeles Entertainment Summit Announced    July 6 - 8, 2015

   Thank you for helping create another successful Los Angeles Entertainment Summit. More than 1,000 industry leaders participated in the Business Meetings, Tech Tour & Knowledge Exchange, Casino Night, Golf Tournament, and Welcome Reception. It was a very productive three days of business conversations, learning, renewing and building relationships, and socializing.

 

We are very pleased to announce that the 2015 Summit will be held July 6-8 and that Universal Studios Home Entertainment will host Casino Night on July 7

2014 LAES


 The third annual Los Angeles Entertainment Summit benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation will be held July 21-23, 2014 at the Hyatt Regency Century City Hotel.


     The Summit is the premiere forum for the major motion picture studios, video game publishers, retailers, distributors, and other ancillary companies and service providers in the industry to discuss the impact, benefits and challenges of new technologies and business models. 


     Last year over 1,000 attendees from 150 companies supported the event, and many have committed to participate again this year, including:

     July 21 Welcome Reception: For Summit attendees at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza.


     July 22 & 23Business Conference: Pre-scheduled meetings between retailers, studios and game publishers.  


     July 22Knowledge Exchange: A series of seminars designed for executives from the studios, game publishers and service companies. Sessions will explore the state of the industry with leading research firms, entertainment marketing and creative services trends and retailing in the digital age.


     July 22 – Tech Tour: Displays featuring the latest technologies in home entertainment and video games.


     July 22Casino Night Party: Summit supporters will enjoy networking, entertainment, casino games, raffle prizes and a silent auction on the Sony Pictures lot.

ABOUT THE SUMMIT


     Proceeds from the Summit benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. To date, the Summit has raised almost $1 million for the Foundation. 


     Cystic Fibrosis is a disease that impacts over 33,000 people in the US and Canada. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation funds more CF research than any other organization. Through their efforts, the life expectancy of a child with CF has doubled in the last 30 years.
