EMA Institute live courses were held a number of years ago and received high marks from participating managers with 100% of those managers indicating that they would recommend the courses to other managers.
With an anticipated demand from managers nationwide, the question becomes – how do we get these courses to all of the managers who wish to take them with a reasonable investment of time and money?
As a result, these EMA Institute courses are now becoming available on our website. Now you can take a complete EMA Institute course at the time and place that is convenient for you. Here you will find the textbook, workbook, powerpoint and exams. You may utilize the materials free of charge to instruct your team or take the course yourself.
The first Institute course, How to Train Your Staff is currently available with a new Institute course coming online every six weeks or so. Upcoming courses include Hiring the Best,Coaching and Counseling, Performance Appraisals, Harassment Sensitivity,and Delegation.
