The EMA Institute

The EMA Institute is a comprehensive management training program geared specifically for store management teams in video stores. Its content will be delivered through a  variety of media including CD/web-based interactive training, teleconferencing,  and live classroom-style training sessions. EMA Institute will offer a variety  of Certificate of Training Programs. The first to be offered is the Certificate  of Training in Video Store Management (COTVSM) Program.
